Each of us holds the key to our own possibility and--being human--each of us needs the dependability of a secure relationship to grasp that key. Working with me means working within the context of a dependable relationship to unlock the interplay between your past and present. Engaging with the present moment by both putting words to thoughts, feelings and urges and allowing for the silences of not knowing and sensing, we will uncover together the patterns created in your past that have been running amok in your present. Through this process of self-discovery you will find yourself able to intentionally create opportunity for choice in your life, deciding how your past informs your future and how you engage, everyday, with the world and people around you.   This creative and expansive way of knowing yourself, though often uncomfortable and challenging, is liberating.
